Our Merlot, with a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon, is well balanced and rich with characteristics of black cherry and dark berries. This softer style of red wine, is delicious and very easy on the pallet.

With medium tannin and not too much acidity you’ll find this Merlot pairs well with many foods.

Rich medium dark red in color, Carmenère is known for its  strong white pepper characteristics which comes through on the nose and in the flavor of this bold red wine.

The lower tannins of this 100% Carmenère make it a friendly option for lighter, less fatty dishes, but the pepper tones also makes it perfect for roasted meats.

Aged in French Oak barrels for over 3 years and 2 years in the bottle, our 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold & elegant wine which combines the rich minerality of Walla Walla with the bold fruit of Red Mountain. This bigger wine has been aged to soften the tannins that results in a smooth velvet mouth feel with the robust aromatics of black fruit.

Cab Franc 2015.jpg

Lord Lion Winery Cab Franc, is  a “Old World Style’…. Smooth and fruit forward, aged for 5 years to give the wine enough time in the barrel (3 years) and in the bottle (2 years) to smooth out the spicy acidity and develop some really smoky flavors and a dried fruit finish.

This lightly oaked Chardonnay is a dry, medium to full bodied wine with moderate acidity and alcohol. Its flavors range from apple and lemon to papaya and pineapple, and it also shows notes of vanilla because of it's two month age in a French oak barrel.

This 100% Petite Sirah is a distant grape varietal and is the offspring of Syrah and an almost extinct grape called Peloursin. This full bodied very dark red wine has spent 4 years in French Oak barrels and 2 years in the bottle.

Rich and big with layers of plum, cedar, spice, blackberry and vanilla and a soft full lingering finish exhibiting characteristics of an aged wine.

When you taste Syrah you’ll be greeted with a punch of flavor that tapers off and then has a spicy peppery note in the aftertaste. Because of its front-loaded style, Syrah is often blended with light-bodied Grenache and even richer Mourvedre to create the classic Côtes du Rhône blend (GSM). Our version is a twist on the traditional GSM by using Grenache and Petite Sirah creating a truly unique wine.
